Dormant customers are borrowers that have successfully paid off atleast one loan and does not have a loan open.  Essentially, they are a repeat borrower opporunity.

Refinance customers are any borrowers that have a balance due less than their original loan amount.  You have filters to elimnate delinquent accounts among other features.
