Refinancing Customers via the Marketing Report
The Marketing Report in Intro XL provides a list of borrowers eligible for refinancing. From this report, you can send text messages and emails directly to customers.
Accessing the Report
- Go to Reports > Marketing Report.
- For the Customer Status field, select Refinance Customers.
- Choose the parameters you want to use for generating the report.
Selecting Customers
After running the report and viewing the list of refinance-eligible borrowers:
- Check the box for ALL to select all borrowers in the list, or
- Check the box next to each individual borrower you want to contact.

Sending Messages
- Select the text or email template you want to use.
- Click Submit to send the message.
Pro Tip: Use the [RefiCredit] placeholder to automatically insert the dollar amount available for refinancing.
- The Category of the text message must be set to General Use for this placeholder to work.
- The amount is based on the greater of the borrower’s credit limit or original loan amount.
