Here’s how it works:

First, you must install the Google Authenticator app.  The 2FA app is available on both the iOS App Store as well as the Google Play store. It’s free to download and use.

Next, inside Intro XL, the user goes to Help > My Profile, next the user expands the Multi-Factor Authentication box and clicks the link to “Add Multi-Factor Authentication via Google Authenticator”.

A QR code is displayed. The user scans the QR code inside of Google Authenticator. Then they enter a valid Security Code to complete setup / authentication.

When they go to the login page, if they are set up with 2-factor auth. they will see a box for “Security Code”. This will be required.

To disable 2 factor authentication they have to contact an admin. The admin can disable MFA from the User Maint. page.
