Payment Statuses and How “Paid” Is Applied
Status Legend

How Intro XL chooses which payment gets marked “Paid”
- Payment made via the Transaction Box (lower right corner of the Loan Details page)Marks the most recent scheduled payment as Paid.
- Debit card payment made on the Loan Details page
If a scheduled payment is due within 3 days, it marks that payment as Paid.
If not, it marks the oldest Pending/Returned payment as Paid.
- Scheduled debit card or ACH payment
(including payments scheduled using the calendar in the Payment Schedule box)Marks the specific scheduled payment that was selected as Paid.
