The process for signing up with SBT after sign up:

  1. Set up templates with SBT customer success manager.
  2. SBT will provide templates to load templates in Intro XL.
  3. Upload current opt in’s to SBT (please note, there is compliance requirement around this, so you want to discuss with SBT).  Intro XL will provide you with a list of subscribers from your previous texting partner.
