When to use: The “Queue” is used to change the date or the amount of an ACH payment. This will automatically place it in your batch when you send out your ACH’s for the “effective date” selected in the “Add to ACH Queue” screen.
- Go to the Loan Details page and view the scheduled payments in the Payment Schedule Box.
- Click on the calendar icon on the payment you want to add to the ACH Queue.
- Enter the new payment date and amount of the payment and click “Add”.
4. The new payment date and amount will now be added to the ACH Queue.
5. To view the ACH Queue, got to the Create ACH page and click on “View ACH Queue”. You can view the queue for a specific date or date range.
6. The payment will automatically be added to the Create ACH page on the “effective date” selected for that payment. It can the be submitted the same way all other ACH payments are submitted. See How To Send an ACH Payment.
